Yogita is back again and today I am going to review Kairali Abhyangam Spa.
You must be knowing that I am so fond of Kairali herbal products, Kairali Resort which is in Kerala and also Kairali Spa services. They have amazing Spas in the very affordable price range.
Recently I was invited by Kairali Ayurvedic Centre, New Delhi for the Spa review. I visited the centre which is in Mehrauli to take Abhyangam massage.
Abhyangam massage is a full body oil massage (head massage is optional, I always preferred that too) and it takes time of around 60 to 80 minutes. This total time will include massage of 40-50 minutes and then you will be going for steam bath and after steam you can take the regular shower. After your shower, you will be having the herbal tea (and I totally love that).
Abhyangam massage will cost you around 1500 rupees and from my experience investing in this massage is one of the best things one can ever do for himself. It is so pampering so relaxing and one should definitely go for this.

This was the second time when I enjoyed Kairali Spa and trust me their services surely deserve your attention. The best part is they have PAN India spa centres . You can visit their website or search Google to find your nearest Kairali spa centre.
