So this time for my travel skincare essentials, I picked the famous Lotus Herbal Apricot Scrub. I had heard a lot about this scrub and I wanted to check if it was a yay or nay product for me. So let’s find out what are my thoughts on this product:

How it works:

The scrub is infused with the goodness of apricot kernel which plays an important role in sloughing the dead skin cells away. All you need to do is clean your face with a face wash and then apply a dollop of the scrub over your face and neck. Then gently massage your face, neck in a circular motion and leave it for a few minutes. Wash your face with cool water and complete the routine with a good face pack.
How I use it:
I use it twice a week and I make sure I cleanse my face with milk (yes, I love pampering myself) and then once I am done with this scrub, I use a homemade face pack and tada I am done. I basically bring a spa feeling in my home!

The scrub comes in an amazing, travel-friendly tube packaging with a flip cap. The texture of the scrub is thick and comes in a muddy shade. It has visible exfoliating particles that work in removing the dead skin cells. It has a refreshing smell which I love.
The product does work in removing the dead skin cells, I do notice my skin turn softer and smoother. What I love the most about this product and brand is that it is herbal and super safe for skin. The product doesn’t dry my skin and I would definitely say it would suit all skin types.
