Packaging:
There is nothing fancy about the packaging, the brow pencil comes in a simple, black pencil with a plastic lid on the top. It has the shade band on the bottom of the eyebrow pencil. I like that the packaging, it is plain and simple.
Texture and formula:
The brow pencil has a creamy texture which isn’t too difficult to apply nor it gives a patchy look to your brows. I love the formula, it is super smooth and glides on the brows like a dream. It is super easy to apply and it definitely is the product to fake full brows. It has amazing pigmentation and just 1-2 swipes are enough to get the desired result.
Shade:
The Maybelline brow pencil comes in two shades – grey and brown. And I received the brown shade which is just perfect for the Indian skin tone. Rather than going for a black shade and look horrendous, I believe this shade is perfect to get natural and on point brows!
Staying power:
The brand claims 12 hours stay, however, I didn’t try for that long, but I did see that after 6-7 hours also the product was in place. It didn’t smudge, budge and I am completely impressed with its staying power. I guess the staying power is amazing because of the heat proof feature.
This product is definitely a catch. It is super affordable, easy to apply and long lasting. If you are a newbie in makeup or brows, then I definitely recommend this product to you. I am quite sure you would love the way it makes your brows beautiful!
